All clients will be asked to complete a liability waiver prior to the start of the initial session. The waiver is a protection for both client and provider. An electronic copy of the waiver will be provided for your records.
All cancellations should be made with 24-hours of notice. Cancellations made with 24-hours of notice, you will not be billed. Cancellations made within the 24-hours prior to class, you will be billed for the entire session.
In the case of sudden illness or emergency, please contact me as soon as possible via text or call. Death of family or friend, child illness and personal illness constitutes as sudden illness or emergency. Work related scenarios do not. Cancellations due to sudden illness or emergency will not be billed.
Re-scheduling will depend on session time availability.
For weather related cancellations, we will communicate about any travel concerns via text or call and work with each other for a safe an alternative solution.
Sessions begin at the scheduled start time, with a grace period of 5 minutes unless otherwise noted. If you are running late, contact me via text or call. I may not be able to extend the session to accommodate the late start and time could be deducted from your session.
Payments are taken via cash, Venmo or clearXchange or through PayPal. Any payments made through PayPal will incur the 2.9% service fee PayPal charges. All payments must be paid in full prior to start date. Purchases are non-refundable.
Gift certificates are available for a single session or a bundle session package. Gift certificates expire one year from purchase date and are non-refundable. Purchaser will receive an electronic gift certificate for their chosen recipient. Recipient will make appointment with me.
