Episode 6: Just Breathe

Interview with Luke Ketterhagen, international yoga teacher

Luke Ketterhagen’s path of becoming an international yoga teacher revealed itself to him when he needed it most when facing one of his life's most challenging chapters. But when his path presented itself, he was so caught up in the struggle that he didn’t immediately get in sync with change. He was caught up in his head, focusing on a different option he thought he should follow.

His pivot finally happened when he was enrolled without his knowledge into the Himalayan Institute’s yoga training program by its master (Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, PhD). It’s an opportunity extended to only a lucky few.

There’s no doubt Luke is on the right path now: guiding people to mindfully take the best care of themselves. I am a student of his and know what he teaches enhances the quality of people’s lives worldwide. In this podcast, he shares some beautiful knowledge on how he remains in his best state in order to take on the world as his best self. I bet he’ll inspire you to do the same.
