Each lesson will be customized to your wants and needs, whether you desire a calming and loving restorative session or a fast-paced vinyasa flow - or a mix. I’m trained and experienced to properly guide you in having solid foundations and proper alingnment so you treat yourself with respect and get the most out of the experience.

Carrie is a Private Yoga Instructor and Founder of Yoga in the Park in Portland, Oregon. She’s been a full-time yoga instructor in New York, San Francisco and West Harford, CT. She received her Wellness Coach Certification from Cornell University and healing certifications from Yoga International, Janet Stone Yoga, and Bhakti Flow of San Francisco.
